01
What is the Free GTM Engineering Review?
It is a 30-minute working session, free, where Mindlyft maps where your company's knowledge currently lives, your CRM, your calls, your inbox, your tickets, and where the promises made to customers on those calls get dropped before they reach a system of record. The review is run directly by Mindlyft rather than handed to an account manager, which matters because the person running it is the same person who would scope and build the first system if you decide to go ahead. It is the entry point to every engagement: there is no version of starting with Mindlyft that skips it.
02
Is it actually a sales call?
No, and Mindlyft is explicit about that rather than leaving it ambiguous. The review is framed as a working session, not a sales call and not a product demo. The 30 minutes go into your actual stack and your actual gaps, not a slide deck. That does not mean there is never a next step; if the fit is clear, the next step is picking a Monday to start, covered on its own page. But the review itself is not structured to produce a close, it is structured to produce an honest read on your situation.
03
What do you leave the call with?
Three concrete things. First, where your company's knowledge actually lives today, your CRM, your call recordings or transcripts, your inbox, your tickets, and specifically where the commitments made on customer calls leak before they land anywhere a team can see them. Second, the first systems Mindlyft would build, named against the stack you already run and put in order, not a generic roadmap. Third, a straight answer on whether doing this now is worth it. That third one is deliberately not always yes: sometimes the honest answer is not yet, and the review says so rather than finding a reason to sell anyway.
04
Who should be on the call?
Whoever actually feels the pain of work falling through after a customer conversation, or whoever owns the CRM and the stack the first systems would need to touch. In practice that is most often a CSM, solutions engineer, TAM, RevOps lead, or a founder at an earlier-stage company who is personally doing post-call follow-up by hand. There is no required title and no minimum team size; the review works the same whether one person is wearing every hat or a full revenue team is split across the roles above. There is also no account manager relaying what you say to someone else: Mindlyft works directly with you, on the call and after.
05
How do you book one, and how fast do you hear back?
You submit your name and a way to reach you on the review sign-up page, or pick a time directly from a booking link if you already know when you are free. After submitting, a person replies within 24 hours to set a time for the review itself. There is no card required anywhere in this step and no obligation attached to booking it. If you would rather start by describing what is currently breaking in your own words first, the Talk to us page takes that as a short written application instead and still leads to the same review.
06
Does the review cost anything or commit you to anything?
No. The review is free, needs no card, and carries no obligation to book anything afterward. It is a separate step from picking a start date: requesting a Monday to begin work is its own free step with its own page, and agreeing to a flat fee for that work happens on a 30-minute call at that later stage, not during the review. The review exists specifically so you can get an honest read on your situation before any commitment, financial or otherwise, enters the picture.
07
What happens if the honest answer is not yet?
Mindlyft says so, on the call, rather than finding a softer way to keep the conversation moving toward a close. Not every team's situation justifies starting right now: the leak might be too small to be worth engineering yet, the stack might need something else solved first, or the timing might genuinely be better in a quarter. A review that only ever concludes you should start immediately is not actually diagnosing your situation, it is a sales call wearing a different name. The point of running the review as a working session is that a not yet answer is a legitimate, expected outcome of it.
08
What happens after the review if you want to move forward?
You pick the Monday the work starts. That is a separate, also-free step: you choose an open week from a live grid, get a confirmation email holding that Monday for you for about a week while you book a 30-minute call, and the flat fee for the work is agreed on that call, not before it. Once that call confirms the scope and fee, the engagement itself opens with one research week, where Mindlyft maps your stack and writes a build plan, followed by three build weeks that ship it. The mechanics of that first four-week cycle are covered in full on its own page.

FAQ
Is the Free GTM Engineering Review really free?
Yes. It is a free, 30-minute working session with no card required and no obligation to book anything afterward. Mindlyft does not charge for the review itself under any circumstance.
Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
No special preparation is required. The review is built to map your stack and your gaps during the 30 minutes themselves, using what you already know about where your team's calls and commitments currently live.
Who actually runs the review?
Mindlyft, directly. There is no account manager relaying what you say to someone else; the person on the call is the same person who would scope and build the first system if you decide to proceed.
What if we decide not to proceed after the review?
Nothing happens. There is no obligation attached to the review, and Mindlyft will say directly on the call if the honest answer is that starting now is not worth it for your situation.
Is booking the review the same as picking a start date?
No. The review is a diagnostic working session with no build attached. Picking a Monday to actually start work is a separate, later step, covered on the Join page, and it only happens if you choose to take it.
