10 taps to your Leak Score

What does this diagnostic actually measure?

It measures where post-call execution breaks down on your team, across five dimensions. Capture: whether promises made on calls land anywhere. CRM hygiene: whether the record still matches reality. Handoffs: whether CS inherits what sales promised. Renewals: whether risk shows up early enough to act on. Agent governance: whether AI agents writing to your systems are approved and logged. The result is a score, a ranked list of leaks and an honest range of hours, not a precise number we cannot know.

Why does post-call work leak in the first place?

Because it sits between systems and between people. The commitment is made on a call, the record lives in the CRM, the work item belongs in a ticketing system, and the recap goes out over email. Nothing in the stack owns the sequence, so it falls to whoever was on the call, after the call, in the gap before the next one. Teams do not lose this work because they are careless. They lose it because nothing is responsible for finishing it.

What do you do with the answer?

Mindlyft builds the system that closes the leak, inside your own accounts, so it keeps running in your stack. AI drafts the CRM update, the ticket, the follow-up email, the handoff and the renewal flag; a human approves each customer-facing write before it ships; every write is logged and reversible. Start with a Free GTM Engineering Review: 30 minutes, a working session, not a sales call. Bring this result, and you leave with the first systems we would build, in order, and a straight answer on whether it is worth doing now.

Common questions

What is a GTM leak?

A GTM leak is work that a customer call creates but nobody finishes: the CRM field left stale, the ticket never filed, the follow-up email never sent, the promise that never reaches CS, the renewal risk never flagged. It leaks because it is real work that is nobody's main job, so it competes with the next call and loses.

What does the diagnostic ask?

Ten one-tap questions, about a minute: where your team loses the most time after a call, weekly call volume, where promises from calls are tracked, how much you trust your CRM data, how CS learns what sales promised, how early you see renewal risk, whether AI agents write to your systems and if those actions are approved and logged, team size, which CRM you run on, and what dropped follow-through costs you most.

How is the Leak Score calculated?

Each answer carries leak points from 0 (tight) to 100 (leaking) for one of five dimensions: capture, CRM hygiene, handoffs, renewals and agent governance. Where you lose the most time and what dropped work costs you each add 10 points to the dimension they point at. The Leak Score is a weighted average (capture 30%, hygiene, handoffs and renewals 20% each, governance 10%), adjusted for call volume because more calls mean more promises to drop. Higher means leakier: 0 to 24 is Tight, 25 to 44 Leaking quietly, 45 to 64 Held together by heroes, 65 and above Running on memory. It is a self-assessment model, not a benchmark against other companies.

How is the time estimate calculated?

It is keyed off your weekly call volume and reported as a range, not a fake precise figure. Under 10 calls a week maps to a few hours; 10 to 30 calls to roughly 4 to 8 hours; 30 to 100 calls to roughly 10 to 20 hours; 100 or more to 20 or more hours a week. For a dollar figure from your own team and salaries, use the GTM cost calculator.

Do I have to give my email to see the result?

No. The diagnostic is free and runs entirely in the page. You see your full result immediately, with no signup and no email gate. You can ask for a copy by email afterwards if you want one, and booking a call is optional.

How is this different from the GTM cost calculator?

The diagnostic is fast and structural: it scores where your post-call work leaks and ranks what to fix first. The GTM cost calculator is quantitative: you enter reps by role, salaries, call volume, churn and ARR, and it returns hours lost, revenue at risk and payback, compared against a full-time hire and a traditional agency.

What happens after the diagnostic?

Mindlyft builds the system that closes the leak, inside your own stack: post-call CRM updates, tickets, follow-up emails, sales-to-CS handoffs, CRM hygiene and renewal flags, drafted by AI and shipped only after a human approves each one, with every write logged and reversible. It starts with a Free GTM Engineering Review, 30 minutes, not a sales call. After that it is one flat fee per 4-week cycle for Acquire, Expand, or both, quoted on that call, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
