Mindlyft is not a pitch deck. It runs inside real companies' own stacks, under human approval. Here is the work, with the numbers.

Questions
What does a first engagement look like?
It starts with the Free GTM Engineering Review: 30 minutes, free, a working session rather than a sales call. You leave knowing where your company's knowledge lives today (CRM, calls, inbox, tickets) and where promises leak, the first systems we would build, in order, and a straight answer on whether it is worth doing now. Sometimes the answer is not yet, and we say so. If it is worth doing, the membership is one flat fee per 4-week cycle for Acquire, Expand, or both, with no minimum term, and we give you the number on that call.
What size of company is this built for?
Teams where the execution gap is real and specific: enough customer conversations that follow-through is genuinely leaking, and enough tools that the work falls between them. That tends to mean a revenue team already running a CRM plus ticketing plus email rather than a single system. It is a poor fit for teams whose only problem is that they need a CRM.
Who does the work?
A senior operator with a background in the roles this is built for, running A.S.T.R.A. rather than being replaced by it. The agents draft and execute; the engineering judgment about what should be built, what should be gated, and what should never run unattended is human.
