The Shift: Problem-Solving Is the Sale
Traditional B2B sales runs on disconnected SDRs, scripted AEs, and handoffs where context gets lost. Buyers have little patience for demos that do not touch their actual problem. When technical problem-solving leads the conversation, the sale and the delivery become the same piece of work.

The Plan: A Power-User Network
Who understands a product best? The power users who live in it every day. The distribution engine we plan to build turns those power users into sellers who are rewarded for solving real problems for others. It is not built yet; today our customers come through the free GTM Engineering Review.

Service as a Software, Built to Each Business
Every business has its own edge cases and vocabulary. Off-the-shelf SaaS makes companies bend their process to fit the software. Mindlyft delivers Service as a Software: we custom-build software to each company’s own workflows and keep it running for them.
04
Business Model
We charge a flat platform fee plus continuous maintenance, not a per-seat price. The customer keeps what we build, and the revenue recurs for as long as we keep it running.
Our Unit-Economic Position: Shallow AI wrappers run customer workloads on frontier proprietary models and carry that token bill straight into their margins, growing with every customer action. Mindlyft runs open-weight models and the best open-source components instead, at a fraction of the price per token. Per-org fine-tuning is on the roadmap, not in production today, and we have not published a measured figure for the cost gap. We will not quote one until we have.
